Once everything is in compliance with ISO 9001, the organization receives a certificate that is valid for 3 years. During this period, the system should be regularly audited, in particular through internal audits. The people who will carry them out should go to ISO 9001 training for internal auditors. Thanks to the systematic analysis of the system, it is not only easy to detect any shortcomings, but also to identify areas that are worth improving. In this way, the system can be continuously developed and the quality of the organisation can be improved.
