High performance in a miniature design

In most cases, if you want to buy a laptop with high performance we must agree to a fairly large size, at least 15.6 inches, weight and a relatively short time of work on a single charge. Fortunately, on the market we can find alternatives with comparable performance at work, but with much smaller dimensions. Although the price for such miniaturization is very high, if someone has specific needs, they will surely find a device with appropriate parameters.

For many users, the concept of a high-performance laptop is quite different. Some people associate them with the smoothness of demanding games and the ability to run them in the highest possible settings, while others focus on the comfort of working with many demanding programs simultaneously while maintaining energy savings, which translates into a long time of work on a single charge. In addition, mobility counts - very compact dimensions and low weight, so that work even in the train can not be too much of a problem.

For such a specific group of customers, we have prepared laptops with a relatively small screen diagonal - about 12 inches - and high performance. All packed in a sleek design and equipped with a high-performance battery, you won't have to spend hours on the road looking for an outlet to plug in the charger. After finishing work, it is enough to hide the equipment in a travel bag or backpack - the size not much bigger than a notebook is a great convenience. So let's find out what we have in store for you.

One of them is the HP EliteBook 820 model. In an almost miniature housing, very decent components are enclosed. This includes a sixth generation Intel Core i5 (Skylake) 6300U 6300U 3GHz Turbo processor, supported by 4GB of DDR RAM with up to 32GB of expandable memory for future-proof performance. A 500GB HDD has been prepared for the data, but there's nothing to stop the HDD from being converted into an SSD and significantly improving overall system performance.

The Intel HD Graphics 520 graphics card displays an image on a 12.5-inch matte LED matrix with a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels. Using Display Port port we can connect an external monitor with any diagonal and resolution up to 4K. In addition, the manufacturer used two USB 3.0 ports and one USB Type C port. The battery weighs just over 1.3 kg and looks really elegant and stylish.

The Toshiba Tecra Z40 model is also a very interesting proposition that will meet all requirements. At a price slightly over 5000 PLN we will find a version equipped with a sixth generation Intel Core i5 processor (Skylake) in the 6200U version with clock speeds up to 2.8 GHz and support from 8 GB of RAM with the possibility of expansion up to 16 GB. The data and programs are equipped with a very fast and efficient 256GB SSD. The image is transmitted via the integrated Intel HD Graphics 520 graphics card to a 14-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) 14-inch screen. This is a slightly larger model than its predecessor, but 1.5 inches more will not affect mobility, but will provide more workspace and better image quality.

The device is equipped with three USB ports in 3.0 standard, SmartCard reader, HD camera and fingerprint reader. This combination, packed in a really tasteful and very elegant casing, makes Toschiba Tecra Z40 an ideal business solution at a price of about 5000 PLN.
